Construction Lead
 
Contract period: 31/07/2025 - 30/07/2026
Location: Hammerfest (15-20 rotation)

Main Tasks
  • Ensuring of quality in Construction deliveries during study and project phases
  • Ensure participation in quality reviews during the study and execution phases 
  • Contribute input to the assignment document with a main focus on fabrication, installation, and preservation 
  • Assist with quality checks of LCI, tags, and documentation 
  • Facilitate the involvement of discipline and site expertise to ensure optimal design and installation 
  • Responsible for ensuring the right personnel contribute to verification activities, fabrication and installation, FAT and SAT 
  • Responsible for establishing the Punch strategy and Construction strategy 
  • Provide input to the project plan 
  • Provide input to commissioning procedures when needed 
  • Responsible for identifying, preparing, and following up Construction personnel 
  • Contribute to the correct quality of installation documentation 
  • Responsible for coordination and prioritisation of tasks and resources according to the portfolio 
  • Contribute to compliance with the plan, follow up on status, and establish measures in case of deviations 
  • Provide support and follow-up during the fabrication phase when needed 
  • Responsible for the efficient execution of the installation phase 
  • Contribute to the safe execution of the installation phase 
  • Responsible for ensuring that completion activities are handed over to Commissioning and contribute with appropriate involvement in the testing phase 
  • Contribute to reporting, handling, and follow-up of quality deviations and Synergi
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred; however, candidates with a Bachelor's degree complemented by relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. 
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience from similar tasks
