Our valued Client is seeking a Completions Technologist Onshore supporting the planning and execution functions on a day-to-day basis. The Completions Technologist is a focal point for data management, operational preparation and regulatory reporting. This position works collaboratively with other technologists and analysts within the Wells team, as well as liaising frequently with asset team members both within Calgary and at the sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
 Compile and review Wellview data. QA/QC checks data against other sources for consistency.
 Compile and submit completions Regulatory reports for In Situ, Base Mine, Fort Hills, and Syncrude.
 Support Asset Well integrity regulatory submissions
 Provide Wellview and Site View User support (once trained).
 File and document administration for the Completions group.
 Completion of Project status tracking and close-out support.
 Liaise with vendors to coordinate reporting and logs.
 Backup and vacation coverage for Drilling Analyst and Logistics support.
 Track, monitor and report completions-related emissions across all sites.
 Understand the financial processes and support the supply chain procurement and project control
requirements.
 Take pride in supporting our Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) program and Operational
Excellence Management System (OEMS) development.
 Access administration for various team sites and Lessons Learned software.
 Provide vacation coverage for Drilling and logistics Technologist/Analysis.
 Ownership of Completions PowerBi dashboard, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

QUALIFICATIONS
 2 -5 years relevant industry experience
 Exposure to Oil and Gas industry is an advantage.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Wellview, PowerBi
 Exposure to Wellview and SAP is an advantage
 A continuous improvement mindset with the curiosity to seek greater knowledge and understanding of
the systems, processes, and hazards in the workplace
 Clear and concise oral and written communication skills; good presentation skills; well organized;
positive influence; collaborative; accountable.
