Drive Commercial Strategy for a High-Impact Growth Project

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Manager to support a unique critical minerals development project. This role is central to the commercial success of a strategic adjacent growth initiative, with high visibility across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial planning, execution, and evaluation across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage contracts from negotiation through to close-out, ensuring compliance and alignment with project goals.
  • Provide commercial input into governance, reporting, financial oversight, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
  • Support strategic decision-making through market analysis and commercial insights.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and venture participants.
About You
  • Considerable experience in commercial management within construction or mining projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory and stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle and SAP Concur is advantageous.
  • Experience with internal governance systems and procedures is highly regarded.
