Short-Term Collections Officer (Contract)
NES FIrcroft have partnered with a global power company who are seeking a Collections Officer for a short-term contract to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting clients, and ensuring timely payments.

Roster: Monday to Friday
Rate: $40/hr inclusive of super
Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes.
- Updating account records and reporting on collection progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or credit control.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
