NES Fircroft are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join a Gladstone team for a dynamic construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site civil works, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. This role would suit a Gladstone local

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all civil activities on site.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and surveyors.
  • Monitor progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Solve site-related technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project).
On offer:
  • $1000/day + super
  • 6 - 9 month contract
  • Monday to Friday (Gladstone local)
  • 2/1 roster considered fro FIFO/DIDO
