NES Fircroft are working with a Global Energy company who are looking to bring on board a Civil Project Engineer on an initial 6 month contract but the project is going to be running 2 years+

This role is a cross between a Site Manager and a Civil Engineer
Role Objectives
Mange the technical and site management of all civil works for the Eccles Project. This will be a site based role to include:
Management of Civil Design Process
Management of Temporary Works Process
Ensure quality of civil works, including setting out, hold/witness points, and 0ITPs.
Manage civil contractor
Key Tasks And Main Duties
Technical lead for all civil engineering activities on allocated project
Ensure that activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project
are efficiently and cost-effectively executed in accordance with contract specifications,
quality standards and safety requirements.

- Ensure quality of installation on site, including physical checks by survey and hold points, ITPs and validation against drawings and specification.

- Customer Interacts with customers, contractors, suppliers. Attends project meetings and presents all technical aspects of project assignments.
