A Tier 1 mining company is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a high-profile project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and the successful implementation and adoption of change across a global program of work.
This Change Manager role requires strong partnership with the Group Technology Manager and relevant Project managers to deliver change in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
This is a 6-month day rate contract that will convert to a permanent employee. An immediate start is available for the ideal Change Manager. You must be based in Perth but there is some work from home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the change management strategy and plan, aligned with the project delivery approach and goals.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure appropriate governance structures, roles, and responsibilities are established, and that change plans are endorsed according to project governance.
- Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to develop strong relationships, deliver changes, and evaluate the impact and risks of planned changes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and actively engage with stakeholders to facilitate adoption and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Develop and deliver clear and engaging communications in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in an agile environment with change management methodologies such as PROSCI.
- Experience with S4 HANA is desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders.
