Position Title: Business Services Coordinator II
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Work Schedule: Various shifts (weekday/weekend) with potential on-call requirements
Job Function:
The Business Services Coordinator II is responsible for managing travel schedules, maintaining traveler profiles, generating reports, and performing data entry. This role involves frequent interaction with Kearl Operations business units, contractor travel contacts, and logistics service providers, including camps and airlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for Kearl operations travel reservations, working in a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service to all business groups and contractors traveling to and from the site.
  • Maintain the PTS database by inputting traveler profiles, booking regular rotator and ad-hoc travel reservations, and updating existing reservations/profiles. Ensure compliance with established travel request procedures.
  • Run various reports and provide relevant information as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the travel booking process and provide feedback to enhance service quality.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong team player with the ability to follow processes and accurately input data.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to work various shift schedules, including potential on-call shifts.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision when required.
