Contract period: ASAP - 31.12.2026
Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- Advise and support optimisation of project processes and governance.
- Support implementation and execution of Quality management processes and methods (e.g., Management of change, assurance framework, standardisation of how we work).
- Participate in identification of areas of improvements based on reported improvement proposals and findings from assurance activities.
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping using diverse techniques.
- Perform process modelling and content updates in BMS (business management system).
- Participate in change management and process implementation activities
- Perform general BMS (business management system) training and user assistance.
- Prepare and follow up quality and governance performance.
Qualifications:
- Senior resource
- Area of expertise in business process management (certified)
- Seasoned workshop and process facilitator
- Relevant industry experience from larger process improvement projects (e.g., Field development, modification, decommissioning)
- Experience with process modelling in Qualiware is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written
