About the Company:
A leading mining company are looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst to play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement within corporate and site-based operations.   As a business process improvement analyst you will have a focus on streamlining, innovation and operational excellence.

You will work collaboratively with various departments to analyze current processes, develop solutions, and implement strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your insights will directly contribute to enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes across various departments.
  • Provide business process owners with modelling following Business Process Management Notation (BPMN 2.0)
  • Promote and maintain BPMN governance processes and frameworks
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to assess performance metrics and support decision-making.
  • Develop and document business process workflows, ensuring clarity and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements, providing ongoing support and training as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • BPMN 2.0 standards or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in business process improvement, operational analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the mining or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
