Business Process Analyst – 11 Months Contract – Oxford

Essential;-  Business  processes, product management within heavy duty goods or automative or aerospace, jira, visio lucidcharts, strong documentation, be able to work with a greenfield client, BI tools like Power BI, Agile  

Business Process Analyst Key Responsibilities:

•         Business Process Analysis: Map, analyse, and redesign current-state business processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability across the product development
           lifecycle.
•         Operational Insights: Identify performance gaps and bottlenecks by analysing operational data, KPIs, and business metrics.
•         Requirements Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and process documentation to support internal systems, tools, and workflows.
•         Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and proper implementation of business
           processes.
•         Continuous Improvement: Lead and support initiatives for continuous process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
•         Project Support: Contribute to business operations and strategic projects, including process audits, internal tool implementations, and organisational readiness initiatives.
•         Change Management: Support change management activities by developing training materials, user guides, and stakeholder communication plans in conjunction with the
          change team.

Business Process Analyst Qualifications & Experience:

•         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
•         5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Process Analyst in a product-driven or fast-paced business environment.
•         Strong experience with business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g. Lucidchart, Visio).
•         Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or similar.
•         Knowledge of workflow systems (e.g., JIRA) and experience working in Agile environments.
•         Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
•         Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
