Are you a Business Improvement Coach passionate about transformation, collaboration, and driving performance uplift across complex programs? We’re on the lookout for a Business Improvement Coach to join our team supporting the deployment of an Uplift program.
As a trusted coach and cross-functional enabler, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering project management excellence and helping us drive meaningful, lasting change across the spare parts lifecycle.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Coach & Support Delivery Teams: Guide Workstream and Initiative Leads using best-in-class project management methodologies, tools, and deployment practices.
  • Promote Knowledge Sharing: Run lessons-learned sessions and help avoid recurring pitfalls by capturing and sharing key insights.
  • Ensure Quality & Performance: Maintain robust reporting dashboards, perform process audits, and support continuous improvement in planning and execution.
  • Champion Collaboration: Facilitate clear, timely communication between program stakeholders and lead the coordination of meetings, reviews, and workshops.
  • Governance & Leadership: Uphold PMO standards, support policy development, and foster strong relationships across the program landscape.
  • Drive Results in a Complex Supply Chain: Leverage your supply chain background across asset management, procurement, warehousing and inventory to support better site parts outcomes.
 
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience coaching and leading cross-functional project teams in complex environments
  • Strong planning, communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with PMO methodologies and governance practices
  • Experience with performance tracking, risk identification, and documentation/reporting
  • A background in supply chain operations, especially asset management and spare parts
