About the Employer:  
A prominent player in the mining industry are seeking an experienced Business Enablement Lead to enhance their ERP implementation, business proceses and drive key initiatives across the organization.
Position Overview:
The Business Enablement Lead will be responsible for ensuring that our business strategies are effectively translated into operational practices. This role requires expertise in ERP implementations and a proven track record of stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
The role requires the ability to work closely with the ERP Product team, Group Architecture and the Program Management Office, as well as the Business Process Management team.  Additionally, the role will work closely with ERP project teams, supporting them through Realise and Delivery phases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Demand management process leading Erp demand through discovery and beyond
  • Support ERP project teams
  • Create business cases for medium to large demand items defining high level architecture, processes, costings etc   
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, address concerns, and facilitate change management.  
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.  
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.  
  • Other areas of focus include, Risk, Innovation, Governance and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business enablement or project management in large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to mining, utilities or energy is preferred
  • Proven experience with multiple ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).  
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
  • A proactive approach with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
