Business Control Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business.

Key accountabilities and required skills:
1. Work with Company’s Corporate Planning to manage, maintain and link Subsurface Group Business Plan and Objectives to the Corporate Objectives and report on Key Performance Indicators.
2. Conduct and facilitate Subsurface Group PMS reviews and Internal Assessments for Projects
3. Improve and enhance D&C MOC process and provide trainings to Subsurface Group employees to familiarize them with associated work processes and procedures.
4. Provide support to Home Office Service Request (HOSR) request for Subsurface Group Monthly reports to Finance (Project Accounting) and Subsurface Departments.
5. Propose and develop Subsurface Group Processes and Procedures and ensure all procedures are valid as per the Annual Review Cycle.
6. Lead Subsurface Group Audits (Internal / Shareholders) and Assessments. Ensure Audit observations are closed out in a timely manner.
7. Provide support to all Subsurface Group departments in consolidating the Group Workforce Planning and Budget requirement and timely submission to Project Accounting for Expansion Projects.
8. Coordinate with company’s IT / Subsurface Data Management to update / maintain Subsurface Group Portal content.
9. Provide support in implementing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the department in alignment with Enterprise Risk Management Team.
10. Provide support Subsurface Data & Services NGs and summer intern in developing training and rotation plan with L&D.
11. Work with moderately complex tasks within time constraints, with minimal guidance from more experienced staff.
12. Make decisions and solve problems related to a specific discipline/field. Exercises judgment in making decisions; know when to seek advice.
13. Works in a highly dynamic team environment that has tight-deadlines, high levels of activity, and visibility, requiring accuracy, initiative, and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
