Title: Business Analyst I
Location:, Liberty, MO 64068
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr (DOE)

Position Overview
The Business Systems Analyst I supports the organization by identifying, developing, and implementing cost‑effective systems and processes aligned with overall business strategies. This role involves collaboration with cross‑functional teams, participation in system development and enhancement efforts, and contributing to IT‑driven initiatives.
Travel to other company locations may be required up to 10% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned business areas to accurately capture and translate business requirements.
  • Participate in development and support of new and existing systems, interfaces, and processes that enhance business operations.
  • Lead and contribute to IT projects across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Research and evaluate technical solutions, providing recommendations that align with system capabilities, business objectives, and resource constraints.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, documentation, and presentations for management and end‑users.
  • Provide backup support for other IT functions as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Essential Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role.
  • Strong ability to develop, document, and implement business systems processes.
  • Advanced analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong math and reading comprehension abilities.
Technical Requirements
  • Basic understanding of ERP environments.
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Access.
Education
  • Associates degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field;
    or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
