BESS Lead Expert

For our client, an international RES development company specialized within onshore wind, we are currently seeking for an experienced candidates with proven track record in developing utility-scale BESS projects. BESS Lead will be responsible for developing strategy for BESS assets from engineering, profitability streams and project development perspectives. It is a position to coordinate and lead all the BESS-related topics in polish portfolio of client's projects.

In this role you will:

• act as a local competence center for all BESS-related topics
• shape and develop strategy for further growth of energy storage portfolio
• cooperate with wind, solar, grid and all other relevant departments
• report directly to the board

Ideal candidate should:

• have proven track record in managing utility-scale BESS projects
• have leadership, engineering and commercial competences
• be experienced in cooperation with multitude of stakeholders
• have proven track record in renewable energy sector 
• have fluency in English language
