NES Fircroft are partnering with a global resources client who are looking for an AUTONOMOUS FLEET CONTROLLER to join the team. This is initially a 5-6 month contract
The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent you will be a member of the RSATe ( Right Size Autonomous Truck) Project team based on site.
You will be required to use Wenco FMS and Scania Autonomous products to complete material movement in accordance with the Mine Plan.
8:6 roster FIFO Perth

The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent you will be a member of the RSATe ( Right Size Autonomous Truck) Project team based on site.
You will be required to use Wenco FMS and Scania Autonomous products to complete material movement in accordance with the Mine Plan.
8:6 roster FIFO Perth
Duties will include:
- Operate the mine’s fleet management system and correctly and efficiently dispatch mining equipment.
- Work closely with system development team to balance the system development needs with material movement shifts plan.
- Monitor the Machine health and help coordinate the maintenance and operation of the systems.
- Coordinates machinery, equipment and people to achieve targets and to serve as the central communications point.
The Requirements:
- Previous experience with surface mining operations and in a fleet controlling capacity
- Experience working in a mine control room environment.
- FMS application experience Wenco, Komatsu Modular/Frontrunner, Caterpillar Minestar, desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
