A. Maintenance and installation of PLCs.
Critical alarms (Callout)

B. Maintenance of data telemetry systems.
3. Configuration and replacement of terminal servers, IP, and serial radios when needed.
4. Review telemetry statistics for each facility. Maintain at least a 90% success rate, if possible.
5. Diagnose telemetry issues in coordination with the communications department.
6. Extensive knowledge and experience in process and control networks.
C. Maintenance configuration and replacement of end devices, both wired and wireless.
7. Lead facility project planning and implementation.
D. PLCs and displays.
8. Advanced programming and editing of programs, including PID loops and high-level process controls.
9.Configuration of addresses for telemetry.
10. Build peripheral cables for radios, PLCs, and term servers.
11. Utilize proper grounding methods.
12. Familiar with various protocols, i.e., Modbus, Lufkin, Hart, and Totalflow.

18. Present options to automation foremen to determine if the automation installation is the best option.
19. Assist in the development of automation standards.
G. Ensure that data is current on host systems with existing field wiring and monitoring.
