Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Mount Pleasant PA (In Person)
Monday – Friday: 08AM – 05PM

Associate Project Manager (APM) plays a key role within the project execution of all orders in High Voltage (HV) Service to ensure delivery/completion of goods or services to the customer with a focus on customer satisfaction, invoice release through cash collection.
• Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the commercial operations team to ensure all project-related information is accurate and complete per contractual agreements.
- Review and audit project handoffs, verifying contract details, payment terms, and schedules.
- Maintain and update all project documentation in the Company ERP tool (SAP) and verify field service completion dates in the scheduling tool (MSA).
• Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication between the commercial operations team and the operations team (field and production) to compile details that support project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project updates, shipping, tracking information, and scheduling.
• Order Management:
- Oversee the backlog management of assigned projects, ensuring accurate planning and reporting of delivery/invoicing dates and revenue forecasts.
- Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials for service projects.
- Collaborate with the project management team to provide administrative support on related project orders and turnkey projects.
• Continuous Improvement:
- Share lessons learned and best practices from project execution to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Collect and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys related to managed projects.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, tracking project metrics, and reporting on progress.
- Familiarity with Power BI is desirable for enhanced data visualization and reporting.
Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project/order timelines effectively.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities; demonstrated aptitude for driving change through team leadership, facilitation, and influence.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP for order management and project tracking.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with project management processes and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of high voltage products, services, and their applications is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.
Experience/Education Required/Sought:
• High school diploma with 6+ years of experience in project order management, customer support, and project management or contract order assistance; OR
• Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in business with 2+ years of relevant experience in project order management, customer support, and project management or contract order assistance.
