Airport Team Leader

TEAM LEADER AIRPORT
(Komandan Regu)
(National – Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to airport protocols and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and effective communication.
• Monitor and coordinate airport activities, including passenger flow, baggage handling, and security procedures.
• Implement and enforce airport safety regulations and emergency response plans.
• Liaise with other airport departments (security, customs, ground services) to ensure seamless operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents, providing clear instructions and updates.
• Identify and address operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Conduct investigations into incidents, gathering information to recommend improvements.
• Understand the procedures and operation of PKP-PK main vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Responsible for the readiness of operating vehicles and equipment and their members.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Education in High school diploma or equivalent; degree in aviation management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in airport operations or a supervisory role is an advantage.
• Have minimum 5 years experience as Komandan Regu in Airport.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Must be able to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
