Job Title: Administrative Assistant III                                                                        Industry: Oil & Gas
Location: Spring, TX (On-site)
Rate: $40/hr(Negotiable)                                                                                    Duration: One (1) Year- Contract (Renewable)

Overview:
The Administrative Assistant III will provide high-level administrative support to an executive and a small leadership team in a fast-paced Oil & Gas environment.  The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities independently while ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
•  Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including:
•  Answering and directing phone calls
•  Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and conferences
•  Managing calendars and logistics for leadership team
•  Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time.
•  Draft correspondence and maintain organized records.
•  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•  Assist with on special projects involving compiling, retrieving, reporting, and   analyzing information.
•  Obtain supplies and sort/distribute mail as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma 
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in administrative support 
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • Familiarity with Windows-based email and data systems.
    • Knowledge of web-based conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent grammar and proofreading ability.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Professionalism: Independent, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
    • Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
