Job Title: Administrative - Administrative Assistant III
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Proficiency with MS Office required. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

This position would typically include a professional Administrative Assistant. Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience


Job Description:
Works to ensure that LCS is well supported in experience hire and internal transfer’s orientation and onboarding to LCS. The organization is supported appropriately through activities such as organizational logistics, event logistics, calendar coordination and engagement with new employees to LCS. Assistant is responsible for having technological and foundational skills necessary to support decision making which will involve cross-cultural personnel internally, externally, and cross-functionally.

Job Role Responsibilities:
- Focal point for assisting all new external hires to LCS with first day set-up (IT, physical access set up, etc.) and orientation to ExxonMobil and LCS
- Focal point for assisting all new employees to LCS with first month onboarding activities as applicable (timewriting, expense reporting, IT access as required, etc.)
- Coordinates calendars, meeting room, attendee lists and logistics for LCS Onboarding program
- Provides ancillary support to LCS Planning team as needed

Required Skills:
- Proficient in Outlook, Zoom, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Enjoys interfacing with many people
- Adaptable, Communicates Effectively, Shows Initiative
