Our client, Woodside, are currently seeking an Administration Assistant in Perth for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. This role provides essential administrative support to the Pluto Asset Manager, their direct reports, and their teams, as well as the broader Pluto onshore and offshore teams as required. It plays a critical role in facilitating collaboration within the asset teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Provide high level support to Asset Manager including monitoring of diary, tasks, filing and pre read.
  • Coordinating Lead team meetings
  • Assist in preparation of Business Plan, I&D calendar, RAP, VMB’s
  • SharePoint Focal Point
  • Manage Workshops
  • Support reward, recognition processes and catering for Pluto personnel (letters, vouchers, catering)
  • Responsible for Management Meetings/Admin
  • SAP administrator – creating purchase requisitions, service entry creation, manual payments.
The successful candidate will be able to display:
  • Minimum 2-3 years administrative support within a large organisation. Oil and Gas preferred.
  • Advanced Organisational Skills
  • Advanced levels of Microsoft office
  • Advanced Communication Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively/and adapt to changing environment
  • Ability to perform the role unsupervised
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities
