NES Fircroft are working with a large water treatment company who is looking for an Account Manager to work with them on a permanent basis and across the North East region.
 
Responsibilities


  • Maintain and develop client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, effective contract management of existing accounts and generation of new sales within the North East region.
  • Selling, demonstrating, and promoting a range of specialty water and process chemicals and monitoring technologies.
  • Working with customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs.
  • Develop and execute customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity, from generating quotes to processing PO’s.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and escalate customer concerns for resolution.
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win / close new accounts
  • Participate in plant visits, audit/survey and any trial working. Where required, conduct appropriate water analysis/testing and report.
  • Maintain the integrity of strategies and implementation of sales / marketing programs to achieve sales goals within your assigned territory/market.
  • Meet or exceed assigned quotas (activities and results).
  • Driving the right behaviours around Safety, Team Work, Company strategies and initiatives. 

Experience & Qualifications


  • Candidates will hold a Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or similar Engineering environment
  • Hold previous experience in Account Management or Sales in a Water / Process treatment company or industrial plant.
  • You will have outstanding communication across all platforms and customer service skills that are a natural extension of your personality.
  • Motivated, goal orientated and well organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management experience and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong value delivery and selling strategies with a track record of winning new accounts and developing markets.
  • A UK driving licence is a must
