The Challenge
Our client, a global leader in resources, infrastructure and energy is developing a coal mine in North Queensland. With no panel or suppliers in place to support the rapid development of the project, an urgent need arose to recruit 20 technical white collar roles including Construction Managers, Construction Supervisors, Package Supervisors, Package Engineers, Environmental Specialists, Project Controls and Mine Planners. The client faced a number of problems with the project including the project appeal and was seeking 2-3 recruitment partners with the experience and expertise required to deliver the scope.
The Solution
On the basis of our preferred solution NES Fircroft was chosen as the preferred partner and accordingly was released 20 roles to be recruited over a 5 month period.
